Founded in 2010, Yunnan Botanee Bio-Technology Group Co., Ltd. is a health-focused group integrating research, manufacturing, marketing and services, with a dedicated focus on skin health.
Botanee was listed on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange on March 25, 2021, under stock code 300957. The Group connects academia, research, medicine and industry, bringing botany, biology, dermatology and clinical research together to develop the next generation of efficacy-driven skincare.

KunmingGuided by national priorities and Yunnan’s major innovation needs, the Kunming team focuses on distinctive Yunnan botanicals and builds an end-to-end innovation chain spanning fundamental research, application development, shared industrial technologies, venture incubation and market translation.
ShanghaiStarting from the mechanisms of problem skin, the Institute studies Yunnan botanical resources and develops active ingredients with defined efficacy and controlled quality. It also screens ingredients globally, designs formulations and processes through pharmaceutics, conducts rigorous in vitro, in vivo, sensory and human efficacy assessments, confirms production parameters through pilot-scale work, and supports registration, clinical validation, manufacturing and commercialization.
ParisAs Botanee’s first international collaborative research program, the France Research Center works at the forefront of global dermatology, focusing on skin-condition mechanisms, alternatives to animal testing, 3D cell models and emerging research methods, and advancing the Group’s global industry–academia–research–medical collaboration.
TokyoThe laboratory focuses on formulation innovation in complexion products and sun care.
